Sour Grapes is the project of Australian writer and lifelong South Melbourne FC fan Luke Patitsas. He is a graduate of the University of Melbourne, majoring in psychology, with aspirations for clinical work. Luke took over match report writing from his father, John Patitsas, previously a Vice-President of South Melbourne, who had written reports for South at a similar age in the 80s. 

 

Alongside sports journalism, Luke also writes poetry, pop-culture reviews and picture books. His work has been published in Farrago Magazine, Vervezine, Beyond Words literary magazine and on his other site Ripe Mangoes.
